Small Group Training
Group fitness sessions are a great way to get the benefits of a personal trainer, but at a lower cost and in a more social environment. All my classes are capped at 12 participants so focus can remain on correct form and individual needs, while having fun and challenging classes with variety. Sessions are run in Charlestown either in a private studio setting, or if the weather permits – in the great outdoors.
Can’t make a class? No worries, you can still join the term and have your session sent to you and complete it at home.
Pilates, Barre, Boxing, Circuits, Weights, METAFIT, Cardio and Functional classes.
Classes run coinciding with NSW School Terms
10 week term, 5 sessions a week $400
10 week term, 4 sessions a week $360
10 week term, 3 sessions a week $300
10 week term, 2 sessions a week $220
10 week term, 1 session a week $120
Casual rate $15 per class
Holiday sessions are also made available to members.

I started doing 1 class a week with OneLife Consulting at the beginning of 2017, at the same time I had a membership to a large gym. I quickly realised that the small group training style with Jody was so much more motivating. Not only are they fun and for all fitness levels, but Jody pushes me to do things I wouldn’t normally try ( Like Metafit) and I always love it!. At a large gym, you never try, nobody knows or cares. So my 1 class a week, quickly turned to 2 then 3 and now 4 and I feel so good for it. No 2 classes are the same, we are constantly challenged – all the while having a good laugh!– BROOKE

Previous exercise for me has been boring and repetitious , with Jody no session is ever the same. Jody always ensures my technique is correct to avoid any injuries and every session is challenging but hugely rewarding.
